I remember last year around July, I have been facing health problems due to me being overweight and weak, so I started training myself and after 2 months, I could barely see the results. That’s where I decided to go for a personal training program custom tailored for me by Etin and within 2.5 months, I was able to reduce 8 kgs of my bodyweight as well as gain necessary muscles which has led to overall body composition change. Apart from physical trainings, Etin also mentors you which keeps your confidence high during and after the training program. And the results are quite evident because I feel much confident and stronger both physically and mentally and moreover, I recently donated all my size L clothes and can now fit in size S clothes :D … And you know what, I ate everything I liked or used to before and its Etin who made it possible. It would have been difficult for me to find someone like Etin who pays attention to the details of workout movements and understands them. Before joining him, I worked out a few years and eventually reached a training plateau. Since being his trainee, I have learnt more about workout movements, proper lifting, pacing myself, diet etc. I have also developed many levels from where we started, and he has been skilful at identifying the right pace at the different levels of my body aesthetic journey. He has a genuine and keen interest in the fitness development of his clients from what I see with others too; I must say that it is very motivating. I attribute my progress to his guidance on the diet plan that he manages, as well as my evolving workout plans tailored to my specific needs. Sometimes, I touch parts of my body and still feel surprised that I developed them that much. If you want real gains and are ready to put in the effort, Etin will be my only recommendation. He is a great asset in my fitness journey.

I suffer from chronic fatigue and chronic pain, and I struggled to find a PT/gym that I could access on good and bad days. Then I started working with Etin, and everything changed. He was my PT for 8 months and during that time he strucked the perfect balance between pushing me to do more, and taking account the pain and fatigue caused by my condition. Extremely knowledgeable, he was able to adapt the training on the spot, depending on how I was feeling on any given day. His attention to detail is second to none, he can see the tiny details that will make the biggest difference. He has a really good understanding of how our mindset affects our performance and his training includes tackling our minds, as well as looking at our relationship with food and training. I have been training for years, and it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you know what you are doing. Then you meet someone like Etin who's knowledge and attention to detail, give you insight into how to attain that next level physique. I have been training with Etin for 4 weeks now. My strength is shooting up, I can see a visible difference in my muscle definition and overall mass and I am feeling muscle soreness in places I have never felt before. I had the chance to train with Etin. I lost 10kilo progressively in 12weeks. Etin was there to support me physically and mentally, he never gives up, he will push you to succeed.
